Cleanse your face and optionally mist with rose water to prep the skin.
Apply a pea-sized amount evenly across face and neck using upward circular strokes.
Use as a base before sunscreen in the morning, or alone as a lightweight night gel.
For acne or post-sun irritation: apply as a cooling mask for 15–20 minutes, then rinse or leave on.

As a leave-in conditioner, detangler & hair mask

Apply on damp or dry hair before blow-drying or styling. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute from root to tip.
For tangles: warm a small amount between palms and work through each strand from root to tip until knots release.
For scalp care: massage directly into scalp. Leave for 1 hour, rinse with a mild shampoo.
For a nourishing mask: mix with coconut oil, honey, or yogurt. Leave 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly.

As a body moisturiser
