Store Policy – Online

Please note, Our products are intended only for personal use. We strictly don’t allow any reselling/selling/using (one) or more products as a ingredient for any manufacturing process/ selling in different label or parts of it in a different packaging / usage of our products as ingredient for making another product etc. If found, Legal action would be taken against violators.

UNDERSTANDING OUR DELIVERY PROCESS

Once you place an order through our website, the products you order are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After the products pass our quality check, they are packed, Verified and signature marked by our staffs and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Incase, you live in an area not serviceable by our courier partners, We will cancel your order and refund you the full amount an update you via email.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKED?

We package our products in cardboard papers securely and then placed in a outer box.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GIFT BOX ONE CAN ORDER

Customers who add more than 1 gift sets to their order too , Will only get 1 gift box in a single order. Your items will be kept, however, gift boxes are limited to not more than 1 in a single order to keep shipment as per the weight given by carrier. If you want more than 2 boxes in one order, write to us to orders@sheshaayurveda.com

Number of Maroon potlis in a order – Maroon potlis are subject to availability and is Shesha Ayurveda’s sole discretion on how many will go with every order. We wrap glass bottles in sturdy brown cardboard wrapping to ensure its safe in transit. Maximum maroon potli in an order is 3 even if customer place a big order. It’s a courtesy item we add to orders and it’s subject to availability and number of potlis is always Shesha Ayurveda’s sole discretion..

We ship internationally.

OK, SO MY ORDER IS SHIPPED, HOW DO I TRACK IT ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details and the details of the courier company that is processing your order. This mail will be sent from ‘Shiprocket’; If you don’t see this email within 2-3 business days of order placement. Once, verify in your spam/others/promotions folders and if still not found,  contact us via email.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

WHAT IS THE DISPATCH TIME AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

We dispatch most orders within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Customer will be notified in case there is a delay in shipping the product.
We target to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of order date.
However, During sale time – Orders take longer to get processed. It could take upto a week from order date. Once shipped, You will be notified via registered email ID.

Delivery time depends on the courier and customer’s area. Couriers take anytime from 3-10 business days to deliver the shipments. Most pincodes based in metro cities receive their orders faster compared to other locations. We provide customers tracking mail via Shiprocket to customer’s  mail ID provided at the time of order placement. Using this tracking info, Customers will be able to track the status of packages online directly on courier websites. Tracking on courier websites will give an estimated delivery day for every package. It’s advised to enter correct address including area name, landmark, phone numbers etc correctly at the time of order placement to avoid delays.

PREORDER /BACKORDERED ITEMS

On product detail page, the estimated date of shipping will be given. In case the customer is ordering a back ordered item, Customer has to check the despatch date given on the product detail page. For such orders, Order confirmation mail will show ‘backordered’

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. For an exact estimate, Please add items to cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, country etc and you will get a shipping fee update.
For orders with more number of products, Shipping is calculated using weight of the package.
For International Shipments,We use DHL Express. For upto 1kg of product weight, it’s INR 2000 and for every additional 500 gm post 1 kg, its 500 INR

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped from Hyderabad or Cochin, India to the provided shipping address. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and the customers are informed of the same, before making the payment. The shipping charges do not include customs charges which vary according to the country the order is being placed from and cannot be pre-determined or communicated by the brand.

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. shipping and handling rates may vary, based on product, packaging, size, volume and other considerations.

EXCHANGE RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Presently, we are charging in USD/GBP/EUR only. International payments are processed by Paypal/Razorpay gateways.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If the entire order OR the item(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, Write to us at orders@sheshaayurveda.com to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Please note, No cancellations are allowed if shipment label gets generated or Package is waiting to be picked up by the courier. So, any order cancellations have to be communicated within 24 hours of order placement via email. NO instagram messages/DMs/Facenook messages will be considered fro order cancellations.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the confirmation regarding the payment from our payment gateway/bank.

It may take 5-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This totally depends on your bank. We would provide you with Refund ID/Transaction ID if applicable and you’d take it up with your issuing bank incase of any delays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - DAMAGED PRODUCTS/ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED

We only deal with Beauty category and our category of product is non-returnable due to  nature of the product.

If you decide to cancel your order after making a payment, and before shipment is generated or in simple words before shipment dispatch, you can do so. Your entire order amount will be refunded. No cancellation requests are entertained for already shipped orders. Before dispatch, if order is cancelled, Once we initiate your refund, it will usually take up to 5-10 working days for your Bank to credit the funds back to your account. You will not be charged any fee for the cancellation.

Make yourself available when a delivery is attempted at your address. We at SHESHA AYURVEDA take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person. If your package has been misplaced after a delivery is made, we CANNOT issue any REFUNDS.

If you believe you have received a damaged product or a manufacturing defect or damage that would hinder the use of the product, Write to us within 24 hours of package acceptance to orders@sheshaayurveda.com. In the Subject write “Replacement” and make sure you mention your Order Number & mobile number in your message. And to speed up the process, attach an image of  invoice that come inside your package. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

All Replacement requests with respect to product in-transit damage/pump or dropper damage/leakage etc to be made within 24 hours of package acceptance. Post 24 hours, no replacement requests will be accepted.

As we deal with beauty category of products, We DON’T accept any returns. There is no way to predetermine whether a particular product suit a customer or not. It’s customer’s responsibility to do necessary patch test by applying the product on back of the ear and wait for 24-48 hours to watch out on any irritation or redness. No refunds or returns will be accepted for a used product or ‘product not suiting me / caused allergy’ claims.

Every product needs to be stored hygienically in a clean and safe (no water/ moisture contact) places. It’s customer’s responsibility to store the products in good and clean environment. No replacement or return order requests are entertained after 1 week of receiving the order. Shelf life for unopened products are different from used/opened products. All toner mists and powder products/ ubtans etc to be used within 3 months after opening. All oils/ thailams to be used within 6 months after opening. Customers are requested to take a note of this and use the products within the time mentioned. We wont replace any product that’s ordered months ago and expired / damaged as a result of poor product storage or handling. No claims or returns for any orders are accepted under any circumstances after 1 week of successful order delivery.

ORDER MARKED DELIVERED - NOT RECEIVED

At SHESHA AYURVEDA, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and hassle-free manner. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement and a tracking number is shared with the customer via WhatsApp in case of a Delhivery courier and via email for other couriers.

For successful delivery, please make sure you are available when a delivery is attempted at your address. While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, please note that we do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person. At the same time, we cannot issue any refunds if your package has been misplaced after delivery.

In the unfortunate event that your order is misplaced or marked delivered without actual delivery, please inform us immediately within 24-48 hours of receiving a shipment delivered message by emailing us at orders@sheshaayurveda.com. Kindly mention “order not delivered dispute” in the subject line and include your Order Number and mobile number in your message.

We recommend that you also check with your family members, neighbors, apartment mailroom or security guard in case your delivery was inadvertently redirected. It is important to note that we do not accept POD disputes post 24-48 hours of order tracking marked delivered.

Please note that any POD disputes received after 24-48 hours of the order tracking being marked as delivered will not be entertained. It is important to address any delivery-related concerns promptly within this timeframe to ensure timely resolution.

In case an item arrives damaged or the outer box is damaged, we advise you not to accept the shipment. Kindly ask the courier to return it and update the reason in the RTO remarks provided by the courier.

Lastly, we would like to emphasize that you should never share any delivery OTP without accepting the package and you should also never share your personal details, Aadhar card, or any other document with the courier.

IF THERE'S A MISSING ITEM OR ITEM DAMAGE ETC UPON RECEIVING THE ORDER

Missing item claims must be immediately addressed to us to claim a replacement or refund. Send a mail to us with photographs within 24 hours of package acceptance. We mark individual weights of items and also our dispatch team verify each order and put signatures to confirm before it’s shipped out. Also, each package is logged and pictures are taken before shipout. So, we can easily spot missing item.

FOR MISSING ITEM CLAIMS – Clear picture of invoice that comes along with the packaging is a must. No claims will be entertained post 48 hours of package acceptance. Also, if a package is arriving in a tampered condition, Please don’t accept the package and update that in the Proof of Delivery (POD slip). Once a tampered package is accepted by the customer, We don’t entertain any product damage or missing claims.

ORDERED FROM AMAZON, NYKAA OR VANITY WAGON AND YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT

First of all, within 24-48 hours of receiving the package, You must contact the respected e-commerce website’s customer care with pictures and details of damaged product. Every website have their policies wherein you need to reach out to them within a certain time period. So, always reach out asap of receiving the package. And the particular store/website have to decide on resend/refund for the order. Shesha Ayurveda is not responsible for any refunds/damages in transit if purchased outside of our website. This has to be resolved by the website you purchased it from.

SPECIAL CASE OF CANCELLING THE ITEMS AND GETTING REFUNDS (ARANMULA MIRROR PURCHASE)

Orders with Aranmula Mirror –Once you receive the package, Please do a 360° unboxing video of opening the shipment. No missing item claims will be accepted if not accompanied by a 360 degree unboxing video. Also, We replace the mirror only if there is a physical damage that happened during transit. Such damages should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of package toorders@sheshaayurveda.com. Every customer who purchase the mirror must strictly go through the care instructions given here as well as maintenance tip instructions sheet kept inside the mirror box. Please read carefully all of the instructions before using the mirror.
Mirror damage as a result of mishandling of the product will not be replaced by us. No requests for refund/replacement coming after 1 week of receiving the product will be entertained. Gift items – Nalpamaradi Thailam 50ml, Yellow Kasturi Manjal 50g & Pure Rose Water 100 ml is added along with the Kerala traditional gift box will be added to every shipment with Aranmula Mirror.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

ARE THE PAYMENTS AT SHESHA AYURVEDA SECURE ?

Shopping at Shesha Ayurveda is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways (RazorPay) managed by leading Indian banks.
Shesha Ayurveda uses latest 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the Banks for processing the payment.
The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you’ll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on Shesha Ayurveda.

Note: 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

RazorPay is a leading Payment Gateway Service Provider, authorized by Indian financial institutions, to appoint Sub Merchants. RazorPay accept and validate Internet payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI, ATM-cum-Debit Card, Digital and Mobile Wallets, Mobile Payment and Cash Card modes from the end customers in real-time.

UPI mode of payment sometimes take time to authenticate payment and in certain cases, Orders will remain in ‘cancelled’ or ‘pending’ status though payment is successful. In most cases, after payment gateway authorizes order get auto confirmed. In rare cases, Order status shows cancelled or pending and customer don’t receive a confirmation mail. In such cases, notify us via email orders@sheshaayurveda.com with subject line ‘order not confirmed’. We will check the status of payment with payment gateway and update the order.

To make sure that our customers’ shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER?

If amount is debited from your card and no order got placed –
Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE AT SHESHA AYURVEDA

We don’t store any of your personal information. Only emails are stored and you have an option to unsubscribe from our emails. Order details will be securely stored for audit purposes. No other information is shared to any third party.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCTS ADDED TO CART GOES OUT OF STOCK?

If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart or after you have added to your cart, you will be updated immediately. You will not be able to place order with out of stock product/s

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT - CREATING A NEW SHESHA AYURVEDA ACCOUNT

Customers can create an account or checkout as a guest while shopping from our site. If you create an account with us, You can manage your orders, track your shipment once it leaves our warehouse etc.
When you sign up for your Shesha Ayurveda account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number onto your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes! This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order. To manage these addresses, visit the “My Account” page and click the “Addresses” tab.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

When signing in you can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to ‘reset your password’.

CHECKOUT AS A GUEST

If you wish not to create an account with us, But, would love to place an order through our site, You can use the ‘guest checkout’ option’ – You will be receiving an email upon successful order placements and you will also get a mail with tracking details once your order leave our warehouse.

ARE THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN SHESHA AYURVEDA GENUINE ?

We at Shesha Ayurveda are fully dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction. Rest assured that all of the products are genuine and authentic.  Our Ayurvedic Line of products are manufactured in our facility in Palakkad, Kerala that has a valid Ayurveda License and also have Drug Controller License (80+ years of legacy and heritage).  Soaps and shampoos are manufactured in a facility in Cochin, Kerala that’s GMP compliant and also has a valid drug controller license. Our Virgin Coconut Oil is edible and has a FSSAI license. Pure Rose Water is manufactured at Kannauj (Edible grade) in a facility with a valid manufacturing license.

I PLACED AN ORDER. MY AMOUNT GOT DEBITED. BUT, I DIDN'T GET ANY CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM SHESHA AYURVEDA. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Please write to us toorders@sheshaayurveda.comwith subj line ‘order confirmation not confirmed’. We will verify your payment on our payment gateway portal and manually send a confirmation mail in such cases. But, notifying us is a must. For every successful orders, instantly after transaction is successful, order confirmation is sent. if you don’t get it, check the spam/others folder once. You must inform us via emailorders@sheshaayurveda.comthe earliest possible.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME IT TAKES FOR A REPLY FROM SHESHA AYURVEDA

We reply to all emails within 1 business day. For enquiries coming on a holiday or weekend, Emails get answered the next working day. We are unavailable on whatsapp calls/video calls. While sending us email, make sure to send mail from the same email ID you used while placing order. Mentioning order ID in subject line will help us serve you better.

Instagram DMs are not monitored. We get a number of requests everyday and not every requests come to our inbox on Instagram. High chances of the messages getting lost in spam folders. ASHTAPATHY PRODUCTS - IMPORTANT INFO

Ashtapathy & Shesha Ayurveda are two different companies. Any orders for Ashtapathy products placed outside of Shesha Ayurveda website is not our responsibility.  We are only responsible for Ashtapathy products orders placed on our website. We have no control on how other websites and channels function. So, If you purchased Ashtapathy products outside of Shesha Ayurveda and have a problem, Best way to resolve the problem is by reaching out directly to the website or page where you purchased them from.
