Sthanika Pichu Method: Take warm oil in a clean bowl and have at hand cotton cloths or pads covering the entire affected area. Cloth thickness should be approximately half an inch.
Dip the cloth/pad into warm oil, ensuring it is well soaked and saturated with the medicated formulation.
Place the soaked cotton cloth/pad onto the affected part and leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes or more, depending on condition severity.
To maintain warmth, periodically warm the oil and exchange cotton pads/cloth with warm ones throughout the duration.
